Hi all. If your a FFdriver (guess there’s no FF bb area anymore) I got this from a VSCDA racer that I told would be passed along to the RMVR community. They put on a great event so if these races are of interest, you should hesitate to sign up.i just finished racing with them at Black Hawk Farms and had a great weekend.
“Hi. I am organizing a little two-race Formula Ford team championship, the East vs West Challenge at Grattan Raceway August 15-17 and Road America September 12 – 14. Both weekends will include Formula Ford only feature races. Here are some more details:

Grattan offers exceptional seat time…nine sessions! On Friday, there will be two group practices and a group qualie. Saturday is a big day: a second group qualie, two group races, and then a Formula Ford only “knock out” qualie to close the day. On Sunday, the EWC feature in the morning and a third group race in the afternoon will close out a busy three days.

At Road America, the EWC feature race will be at the end of the day Friday with a group practice and a group qualie earlier in the day. There will be four group sessions on Saturday and Sunday. For even more seat time, Road America offers a test and tune day on Thursday.
Everyone knows about Road America, of course, and Grattan is a fine adventure in a Formula Ford. I think these will be two exceptional race weekends with 20+ entries at Grattan and over 40 Formula Fords at RA.
I’ll be happy to help any Grattan and RA newbies with gear ratios, track note videos, etc.
