The Elden FF is now for sale again

As readers of the Messenger may already know, very sadly the buyer of the Eldon FF last August recently passed away. RMVR members may recall that a restored Eldon FF was donated to Morgan Adams by one of our very generous RMVR members. Morgan Adams sold the car via this Bring-A-Trailer auction in August of 2024

But the family is selling the car. The fine folks at BAT were very generous in helping out with the need to re-market the car on behalf of the family. It is now being sold by the family (Not a charity deal this time around.).

RMVR and the member who donated the car to Morgan Adams sure hope to see the car back on track. It is a nice restoration by a very qualified FF restorer and the car should be raced. God love the lady who purchased it for charity, but she wasn’t going to race it and family members have no interest in racing the car.

Beautiful car, sorry to hear about the buyer’s passing. Hopefully someone from RMVR can pick this car up and keep it in the family. If this were in another 5 years or so, I’d probably be bidding on it myself.

The “re-sale” of the Elden on Bring-A-Trailer has ended. It was sold to someone who will be racing it in the NW with SOVREN. Great that it’s now back on track. A shame it couldn’t have stay in RMVR, but that’s the way it is.
